To secure your reservation, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair as possible with our cancellation policy.

Deposit Refund Terms

Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled charter will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip will forfeit the deposit.

Captain’s Discretion

If the charter is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied toward a rescheduled date — whichever you prefer.

No-Shows

Customers who fail to show up on the day of the trip without notice will be charged the full amount of the trip.
