Charter Reservation & Deposit Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Deposit

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable within 72 hours of your scheduled departure. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, prior to departure.

2. Pricing

Listed rates cover up to three (3) guests. Each additional guest is $100, payable before the trip begins. Maximum passenger count is subject to vessel limits and captain approval.

Gratuity: 20% Gratuity is customary, and greatly appreciated by our team.

3. Cancellations & Weather

Trips canceled by the captain due to weather or unforeseen conditions will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Cancellations by the customer must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a deposit refund minus a 20% processing fee.

4. What to Bring

Guests are encouraged to bring their own refreshments, snacks, and drinks (no glass containers). Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Please bring a small cooler if needed.

5. Sunscreen Policy

Spray sunscreens are strictly prohibited on board, as they damage the vessel’s surfaces and safety equipment. Please use lotion-based sunscreens only.

6. Liability Waiver

All passengers must sign a liability waiver before boarding. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
